A very prominent Florida architect, Henry John Klutho designed the first ten-story building in Jacksonville - the Bisbee building - as well as the Governor's mansion in Tallahassee, and the Public Library for Stetson in Deland. He was also responsible for the City Hall, the Board of Trade building, the Public Library, the YMCA, the Dyall Upchurch building, the Clark building, several churches, and many private residences.
