Help using our video teleconferencing system
We use Zoom as our solution to host webinars. While this is the first time we are using it to broadcast the entire meeting; including the special interest group, we have used it numerous times for our remote speakers. For those who may need some assistance on how to join, control your audio and video settings, or ask questions, I am finally getting the time to create and populate our knowledge base (help) articles. Several are in the edit phase and will posted in the coming days. The articles specific to Zoom are under the Technical Support category, then Video Teleconferencing subcategory. Use the button below to directly access the knowledge base or via the Help link on the main website menu. Additionally, I will holding “office hours” on Tuesday, 31 March at 4pm and again on Thursday, 2 April at 8pm via webinars to assist anyone who would like to test their Zoom connection and settings prior to Saturday, 4 April’s meeting (webinar). You may join at any time during these “office hours”. Registration is not required for these sessions.
